After purchasing their products for years now I am honestly shocked that I have not come across this product until now. I recently purchased their Mask of Magnaminty, which is a face and back mask that cleanses the skin. The mask is super refreshing as all the peppermint, China clay and adzuki beans scrubs and purifies your pores. As a bonus fourteen out of the fifteen ingredients are all natural and the one (Methylparaben) is a safe synthetic.
I went in to Lush searching for a good product that would help me with a few of my acne prone areas. If you have been following my posts for a while now then you'll know that I cleared up my acne on my face with my all time favourite face cleanser, toner and moisturizer. However I have three non active acne spots of my chest that aren't noticeable but something that I am self conscious about. Especially since it's summer which means bathing suit and cottage season.
The lady who helped me said that they didn't have anything at the moment that fit what I describe but that this mask does help problem areas on the face and back. Even though it wasn't exactly what I had come in looking for I knew that I did need a good face mask anyways so why not try it out on my chest as well?
I love it for a face mask as it leaves me feeling clean and fresh. I have combination skin and I find that it really does help shine control. I use my toner and moisturizer afterwards to complete the process. It does help as much as it can for what this product is, for my problem areas on my chest. The only issue is that since I have non active acne I think that a product that would benefit me better would be a skin/ acne scare lightening serum.
After a month of trying out this product I will let you know the results!
But so far I give this products 4 stars and a big thumbs up. Definitely a must try item for all you Lush lovers!
