Swag Out!
Ceramic Glaze is a fairly new nail polish line that was launched a few months ago exclusively to Shoppers Drug Mart. Within a couple months this line has made a big splash in the nail community with its 24 various colours. Ceramic Glaze has colours ranging from trendy and bold neon ones to very rich and deep shades. Regardless of what mood you’re in or what look you’re searching for, your best bet will be finding it here. Many beauty vloggers and bloggers have been comparing this brand to China Glaze, and the resemblance is there because it’s from the same makers.
I purchased my first Ceramic Glaze polish a month ago. There was a display advertising this line that caught my attention, specifically the bold hot pink colour- Tropical Guava. I instantly fell in love with this colour as well as the name. A perfect fit for summer, don’t you think? However I was a little iffy at first since I had never even heard of this line before and the price was comparable to classic ones such as OPI. But I am a nail polish fanatic so I caved and bought it. I stuck to only one (Tropical Guava) as I wanted to test out the product before I went on to any other colours. I purchased Tropical Guava because I am a sucker for anything neon pink as I envisioned how good it would look with my tan... or future tan.
If you want to check out the beautiful Tropical Guava that I’m talking about then check out my Instagram photo of it.

It takes a few coats to a complete finished look; I would say 2-3. It is a thin product but by the second coat it surprised me and definitely became opaque enough for my taste. Tropical Guava is more of a matte colour but finished with a little bit of a shine. It was exactly what I was looking for. If you are someone who likes a lot of glitter and shine, you can make this colour finish glossy with a clear top coat however this line definitely has other colours with other finishes that may better fit you.
