Swag Out!
This blog post is completely thanks to Michelle Phan who taught me through one of her Youtube videos how to reduce cellulite with coffee. What I love most about the video is not only how easy it is to make but also how she emphasizes the importance about:
- Cellulite is completely normal being completely. 90% of women have it.
- People of all sizes have it, therefore it has nothing to do with weight.
- That we’re all beautiful regardless.
For those of you who are not aware of the various cellulite reducing creams out there, one of a common ingredient in them is coffee. For any of you coffee lovers out there, after you are done making some, take the left over coffee grinds and mix it with a few spoons of extra virgin olive oil to make a nice soothing scrub. The oil olive is used to not only mix the coffee grinds together for easier application but it also moisturizes and softens the skin. Gently scrub the mixture on your skin and within minutes you will be able to feel your skin tighten. What the caffeine does is stimulate the blood vessels by dilating the blood vessels therefore tightening and toning the tissues around the targeted area. Toxins and fatty deposits will also be pushed out as your skin is being treated.
Even if cellulite isn’t a problem for you, the two ingredients together make for an awesome exfoliator!
